I know that may sound a very dramatic statement, but having watched the group demographics and confidence of the individuals attending the classes change, I feel I can justify such words.

People take part in dance classes for many reasons. To get fitter, meet new people and to experience the passion the music evokes. Because of this, Groove Academy have majored on the latin influenced and other energy dances. We teach Cuban Salsa, LA Salsa, Rock n Roll and West coast Swing in Staffordshire. We also hold private lessons and workshops in Ballroom, Latin, Bachata, Merengue and La Rueda.  Our skills go much further than this, but there just aren't enough hours in the day to teach them all. If your hips need to wiggle, we teach it.

As well as the adults classes, we also teach children the social skills of Ballroom and Latin Dancing.  We also have fun on the dance floor performing High School Musical themed dances.
