Hatha Yoga 

A relaxing class of 60 minutes that takes you through the classic yoga poses and concludes with a meditative state to help you escape the world for a short time. 
You will improve your balance, increase your flexibility, become stronger as well as clearing your mind. Your mindfulness is important and taking time out of your busy, hectic life is time well spent. 
 
The classes are suitable for all abilities as the instructor encourages you to explore your capabilities.

Pilates 

Mat based Pilates is designed to help improve your posture, strength and rehabilitate any weaknesses you may have.  Suitable for all physical abilities at it can be taken at your own pace.
